Clare Lovelace

Clare discovered yoga in 2010 on a beach in Byron Bay. She has been dedicated to a lifelong practice of self enquiry and study of the human psyche ever since. What started as a physical practice has transformed into a toolkit for life, allowing Clare to integrate all the parts of herself. Above all else, yoga is kindness is action and a realisation of the interconnectedness of all life. Clare is passionate about sharing the incredibly healing, wholistic practices with the world. She specialises in Yin Yoga & Mindfulness and has studied with Sarah Powers, Shiva Rae, Jasmine Tarkeshi and Mathew Bergan as her primary teachers. Andrew Dowler

Andrew, or Drew as most folks call him has been a student of the eastern Movement Arts for over 25 years, discovering Qigong and Tai Chi to recover fro Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in 1999. Since then Drew has been on a life long journey of study and self practice, with dual degrees in Exercise Physiology and Chinese Medicine, with a particular focus in helping folks develop a personal practice, integrating Body - Mind - Breath, Drew runs a private Health Studio in Batemans Bay, NSW, and also works online with students around the world. Drew is the resident anatomy nerd, and teaches in Both the 200 YTT and Yin Yoga programs
